Meet our baby boy, Dega. He got his name from Talladega Nights, because he purrs like a race car and is absolutely the sweetest boy. Dega is the ideal cat in every way….except his bladder issues. Dega had a urinary blockage when he was younger and has recently had repeated infections, and blockages, ultimately had to have a few surgeries including a PU surgery and cystotomy. We recently learned that his original surgery was not done correctly, and now he needs a revision procedure with a qualified specialist to finally give him the comfort and quality of life he deserves. We’ve already taken on significant medical expenses and countless long trips to get him the care he needs, but we’ve reached the point where we can’t do this alone.
