My name is Vincent Bueno. I am a singer and entertainer from Vienna, Austria, with Filipino heritage.

Currently, the Philippines is facing the devastating impact of Super Typhoon Fung-wong, with its landfall occurring in the Aurora region. The destruction is immense, and many are suffering from the extreme weather conditions. Recently, Cebu was also hit hard, and our hearts ache for our homeland and its people.

As Filipinos living abroad, it’s easy to feel helpless watching our communities endure such calamities. However, we must remember that our collective identity transcends borders. Together, we have the power to make a meaningful difference for those in dire need right now.

I urge you to reflect on the urgency of the situation and consider contributing whatever you can to support our fellow Filipinos during this challenging time. This hits especially close to home for me, as my grandfather built our family home in the Neighbourhood of Curifang, which is now facing the storm’s wrath.
