Hi, our names Brandi & Michael, and we are the proud parents of our baby boy, Jude.

Jude was born at just 33 weeks, and while he is strong and fighting every day, his little body still has a long way to go before we can bring him home. Right now, he remains in the NICU in Knoxville, receiving critical care. He’s working hard to learn how to eat on his own, and until he can do that consistently, he can’t leave the hospital. His growth has been slower than expected, and the uncertainty of when he will be ready to come home has been very difficult.

Our family lives over an hour away from the hospital, which means constant travel back and forth to be with Jude. On top of that, we are struggling financially because Michael is a contracted employee and doesn’t receive paid time off. Every day he spends away from work is lost income, but being here for Jude and supporting him during this crucial time is our top priority.

We are asking for help to cover:

    •    Gas and travel expenses to and from the NICU

    •    Meals while away from home

    •    Support for lost income during this unexpected time

We don’t know how long Jude will need to remain in the NICU, but we do know that every moment we can spend by his side matters. Your kindness and generosity will help us stay strong for him and give him the love and presence he needs to continue growing.
