We’re proud to announce that In 2027, we will be taking on the London Marathon in memory of our beautiful, beloved mum Zoe. ❤️

Running the London Marathon has always been something we’ve wanted to do. In 2017, we stood on the sidelines and proudly watched our dad complete the marathon in memory of gracie’s twin sister, who we sadly lost. Watching him achieve something so incredible inspired us both, and from that day we always said we’d do it ourselves one day.

Then, in 2018, our lives changed forever when we unexpectedly lost our mum to a brain aneurysm.

Anyone who knew our mum knows just how special she was. She had the biggest heart, the kindest soul, and she touched the lives of so many people. Her passing came as a complete shock, not only to our family but to the hundreds of people who knew and loved her. The love people still have for her today says everything about the incredible person she was.

When the opportunity came for us to run the London Marathon, there was never any doubt who we’d be running for. To get the chance to do it together as brother and sister in honour of our mum was something we knew we couldn’t turn down, a once in a lifetime opportunity

We are incredibly honoured to be running for Headway, a charity that supports people living with brain injuries and neurological conditions, as well as the families whose lives are turned upside down in an instant. They provide practical advice, rehabilitation, emotional support and a community for people facing some of the hardest times imaginable. While nothing can take away what families go through, charities like Headway help ensure that no one has to face it alone.

Our goal is to raise £4,400, and every penny raised will go towards helping Headway continue their amazing work.

If you are able to donate, no matter how big or small , or even just share our GoFundMe with your friends and family, it would genuinely mean the world to us. Every donation and every share brings us one step closer to our goal and helps support families who need it most.

We know our mum would be incredibly proud of us for taking on this challenge, and we hope we’re making her proud every step of the way. It is the greatest honour to run 26.2 miles in her memory we know it’s going to be hard but we are ready to take on every part of this journey.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us already and to everyone who continues to support us on this journey.

Every mile for Mum, with all our love
Freddie and Gracie ❤️‍♀️
