Every little bit helps . Little Bit the squirrel.

This is little bit little bit was an orphaned squirrel that I raised and released. Last week a teenage boy in my neighborhood shot little bit with a BB gun or pellet gun. She has been living with her injuries for the past week . I have noticed that she has not been able to eat. She has even came to me several times, and I have fed her but she looks unable to chew. The only thing she has been able to eat is avocado and puréed blueberries. I was able to capture her yesterday And inspect her very well. Her wound is healing nicely and does not look infected. However, her top teeth look like they may have been moved. I just don’t see them engaging when she’s chewing. She needs to go see a specialist in Jacksonville, who has lots of experience with squirrels. She also will require a special diet until she is well. However this adventure comes with a price tag and I don’t have it. I love this little squirrel, so I really would appreciate all the help. Anyone can give every little bit helps a little bit.
