Every Little Bit Helps: Aid for Wyatt's Medical Expenses

In life, there are moments that challenge us beyond what we thought we could endure. We reach out to you with an open heart, asking for your support during a time of need for our family as we navigate the realities of a prolonged hospital stay for Wyatt.

Wyatt has always been a vibrant active and full of dreams. He lights up any room with his laughter and kindness. Unfortunately, that world took a sudden turn when he was diagnosed with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) which is a rare disease that affects the blood and immune system. He also had a re-bound of Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) which hospitalized him in December. This unexpected challenge has not only affected his health but has also placed a financial burden on our family.

As Wyatt undergoes treatment at Medical City Dallas, we are faced with the economic need to help cover his insurance deductible and prolonged care once we leave the hospital. For the past several weeks, we have been grappling with the impending financial strain of hotel stays and food costs for us to be able to be with him through this turbulent time away from home. 

Every moment of uncertainty weighs heavy on us, filled with worries about the future. Yet, despite these challenges, we find strength in the love and support of those around us.
