Dear people of Humanity,

I am organising this fundraising campaign from the UK for my friend, Tarek. They are a family of 9 people. Tarek’s family consists of his siblings, his wife, children and his elderly parents.

His mother suffers from chronic diabetes and high blood pressure. Tarek’s wife suffers from heart disease. There is very limited access to medicines, or the prices are too high and unaffordable.

Sadly the war has takes the lives of his loved ones, two of Tarek’s brothers named Omar and Ibrahim along with Tarek’s youngest infant named Maher, all 3 were killed by the bombings and genocide. His father died because of grief over them. Their houses and everything that belonged to them were bombed and destroyed. They are greatly struggling to survive this war, and they have no source of income whatsoever. Their only hope now is you, the people of humanity. It’s important to them, you use your voice to voice them continuously and to support them with any donations that you can.

Amdist the war and the genocide of the Palestinians for over 10 months now, people are facing an unimaginable, unbearable and terrifying situations. It is catastrophic, a never ending crime against humanity to ethnically cleanse a nation in the name of ‘self defence, on a stolen land’. Palestine is now a ghost town, complete destructions.

They all have lost everything. There are spread of diseases due to contaminated water and they lack daily necessities: water, food, electricity, medical treatments & shelter.

The occupation has closed the only border there was working. Even the elderly, the sick and those severely injured are intentionally being trapped and are left to die.

Everyday these people are being carpet bombed, thousands have died but some miraculously survive but say they die living like this. Their situations has only worsened over time. They are suffering from starvations.

People are being displaced from one place to another, there are families that been displaced over 10 times. It is beyond words, exhausting for them all.

The constantly living in fear and that is horrible. NO WHERE in Gaza is safe for them. They are suffering immensely; mentally, physically & emotionally.

Hasan and his family are struggling to survive, they have no source of income due to the ongoing war for over 10 months and they rely on donations.

Most of this donations will be used to evacuate all 9 family members, that is once the borders are open again. But in the meantime, Hasan’s are using the donations for their daily necessities such as food, water and medical expenses.

Costs:

To cross the Rafah border between Gaza and Egypt, they will have to put down their names on the crossing list (paid permit) through Hala consulting & Tourism; it is an Egyptian travel company that registers names on to the Egyptian list of travellers once approved for entry from Gaza, Palestine into Egypt. It costs between £6000 to £7000 per adult and £3000 per child.

Payments will be transferred regularly to Tarek’s family via PayPal or international bank transfers.

Your support will go beyond financial aid, it is a lifeline that will have a lasting impact on their lives. It will help them turn the page, towards a brighter and more hopeful chapter. To restore a sense of normalcy and security they once knew.
