HerGrindTime was created from lived experience — from a woman who fought through hardship, instability, and overwhelming responsibility, and chose not only to rebuild her life, but to turn her healing into a safe space for others.

Today, families in our community are facing housing instability, food insecurity, financial stress, mental health challenges, and the daily pressure of trying to survive systems that were never built for them. Many have nowhere to turn, no support system, and no access to the stability resources they desperately need.

HerGrindTime is changing that.

We provide support groups, youth empowerment circles, stability planning, emotional healing spaces, resource navigation, and immediate support for families in crisis.

Our newest initiative — the Youth Stability & Empowerment Group — gives teens a place where they feel seen, heard, supported, and guided through the challenges they face at home and in school.

But we cannot do this work alone.
