Arjun Bista 42 Age , a humble and kind man, once lived in my rented house. Over the time I got to know him, I saw the quiet strength and dignity he carried despite the struggles life threw his way. Sadly, he is now fighting a life-threatening battle with kidney failure.

His health has deteriorated significantly, and he requires regular dialysis treatments just to survive. These treatments are not only physically draining but also come with a huge financial burden—one he simply cannot bear on his own. He has no steady income and no financial safety net. Even basic daily expenses have become a challenge.

I have seen his suffering up close, and it breaks my heart to witness someone fighting so hard just to stay alive without the means to do so. He is not just a patient—he is someone’s son, someone’s Father, and a person who deserves a second chance at life.
