Everts Family Support

Donation protected
On February 28th, 2024, the Everts family experienced the sudden and devastating loss of Ian Everts. Ian was a devoted husband to his wife Elisabeth, and an amazing father to his 13-year old son, Gus. Ian was an avid off-road enthusiast, a skilled watch maker, a craftsman, and capable of restoring or repairing almost anything.

Ian was the Maintenance Manager for the City Of Vernon at the Malburg Generating Station, where he had worked for over a decade prior to his passing. Ian was a beloved member of the team at work, where he made significant contributions towards the success of the power plant over the course of his career at MGS.

Ian was meticulous in his work, warm and welcoming in his interactions, and thorough and dependable in every way… truly world class. Ian was on a never ending quest of knowledge, studying a wide variety of specialized topics in his field and his hobbies over the years.

Ian was also a proud veteran, serving his time in the military as a member of the US Navy prior to the start of his professional career.

We are asking for donations to help the Everts family in this time of need. All money collected will go entirely to Elisabeth Everts directly to be used as she sees fit. We are hoping to ease the burden of any final expenses, medical bills, and provide immediate relief where needed.

Any donation amount is helpful, and even sharing this GoFundMe page with others is equally helpful. Thank you in advance!
