Hi, I’m Alfie I wouldn’t usually do anything like this but I’ve decided to run a 10k as a personal goal and, as a part of that thought it would be a great idea to raise money for charity.

im raising money for the Alzheimer’s society which really hits home as my nan has dementia. And the effects it has had on our family over the passed couple of years have been awful and it’d be great to try and do my part and help raise money towards beating Alzheimer’s and dementia as no one deserves to loose someone twice.
