My name is Joshua Brown. My father (RIP: '54-'79) was a Marine. The Marines told me 25 was too old. In 2017, I moved to CA and immediately began working in construction. I had two pulmonary embolisms—one with deep vein thrombosis the size of a football is still in my leg. The state of California said that I "fell through the cracks"—though it was the height of COVID. I want to be clear: I do not want help. I do not want a handout. What I truly NEED more than anything is an opportunity to speak with Mackenzie Scott and Melinda French-Gates. I have used the time allotted to engineer a truly remarkable invention capable of delivering an experience unlike anything the world has ever known.
