Helping Evermore Park Through COVID-19

Donation protected

Evermore Park is small business in Pleasant Grove, Utah that creates an immersive experience that exists purely to allow everyone who enters to discover their own imagination. We aim to tell unique stories that inspire, educate, and allow guests to escape--even just for a little while--to a world that allows you to be the hero. We need your help to keep this project going during COVID-19.

We opened our doors in September of 2018. From the moment the doors were officially opened, we have been creating magic and allowing guests to interact with our characters and park in ways that few other businesses have even come close to attempting.

Evermore Park sits on a 12-acre plot where we have developed a town called Evermore, which is a fictional town that resides somewhere in England during the 1880's. Evermore is host to full buildings, including a mausoleum, a church, a glass house, a tavern, and many others. The characters who live in the town experience a life unlike any other. For in Evermore, magic exists and portals open to other Realms of fantasy all their own. Faeries, dwarves, ice giants, and even more mysterious characters join our cast, each with a story of their own. We are home to a bird and reptile show, an archery range, delicious food, a battle arena, historical pieces spanning millenias, a scenic train ride, and beautifully crafted gardens that make guests feel like they have stepped into a completely different world.

Evermore Park has received both national and international accolades and attention from the press including a full page feature in LA Times, voted as being one of the coolest destinations in the world by Time Magazine  for kids and families to visit, a video feature produced by BuzzFeed’s travel & leisure publication Bring Me, which garnered over 25 million views, as well as many other articles and awards including from the theme park industry

As a fully immersive, interactive fantasy-themed park in this time of COVID-19, we've had to change our working model to allow guests to experience the park safely. Being largely an outdoor venue, we have plenty of space for guests to distance themselves from one another. We have limits on how many guests can enter our park and each themed building inside. We have added payroll and expenses to make sure that we are sanitizing high contact items (archery range equipment, tables, etc.) and providing hand sanitizer throughout the park for our guests and team.

We depend on guests making the trip to our park and experience the magic themselves. For two years, we have been able to do so, but now with COVID-19 we've been struggling to get the numbers that we need to continue to operate. As COVID-19 continues to be a concern, we desperately need all the support we can find. We have applied for a number of small business grants, however, with our team of 145+ individuals and as the weeks pass with no end in sight of COVID-19, we need to look into other resources to continue this passion project, and to fuel the project with passion.

We are asking for all of the support that we can get with the help of Gofundme and the #SmallBusinessRelief fund. With the funds that we raise, we will be able to commit it to payroll and overall project management. We'll be able to support more of our goals, which ultimately, allows you to experience more of Evermore Park and the ever expanding universe of Evermore itself.

These funds will allow us to expand our efforts and team to work on our current projects:

- Construction of the church, Vander's Keep restaurant, the water feature near Town Square , and many others, which will allow us to open more spaces in the park.

- Events
-- Concerts
-- Unique Parties
-- Master Classes
-- Fantasy themed events

- New Merchandise
-- The continuation of our narrative card game, Evermore Realms
-- Evermore-based 5e adventure modules and supplements
-- Expanding our current merchandise with new designs and products

- New Expanded Experiences
-- An official Evermore podcast to discuss behind the scenes information for both Evermore Park and the fictional story of Evermore.
-- A mobile app to add to the Evermore experience and allow for guests to experience Evermore from a distance.
-- Continued world building and opportunities to grow our brand and experience.

The more funds we get will directly allow us to do more of what you love.

The support that our team has received has been awe-inspiring. No words can truly communicate our appreciation to you. We have loved every minute of this project and we want it to succeed, but right now, we need you. Even the smallest amount keeps the fires lit.

This campaign is run by an official Evermore Park account and we have direct access to the business accounts needed.

The funds will be withdrawn directly from this campaign and put directly in to the bank account of Evermore Park. This will be done every $10,000 made.
