Everett's Angels

Donation protected
On Saturday, April 27th, my brother Everett had just gotten home from work when he was overcome with such sudden and debilitating head pain that it brought him to his knees. He started pouring sweat and couldn't walk on his own. His wife, Jillian, brought him to the Lawrence General ER. Within an hour they had diagnosed him with a serious brain bleed and had him on a med-flight helicopter to Beth Israel hospital. He's been in the ICU unit ever since, where he will remain until they can figure out what caused the brain bleed.

His progress has been mediocre at best, with several setbacks in just 3 days. The head pain is excruciating. And while a small portion of the blood has been reabsorbed into his head already, they recently found another pool of blood near his brain stem that is affecting his vision. He's had multiple CT scans, ultrasounds, EKG's, angiograms, blood work and medicines/IV's. His memory has been affected as well, but should improve as his condition improves...

My brother is a very hard working, church going, family man with 3 beautiful daughters to support. His wife will not be working while he is in the hospital, between being a single parent to their 3 girls and staying by his bedside day and night. My brother will be in the hospital for the foreseeable future until they can get the bleeding to stop and all of the blood in his brain is reabsorbed. Barring any complications, he'll be out of work for a least a month, if not longer, once he is able to go home. And even then, that's IF he doesn't have to go to rehab first.

As you all know, these type of medical emergencies are not inexpensive. The bills are already racking up after only 3 days, and they could use your help. Please. My brother Everett and his family are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They would go out of their way to help anyone!! Please help return the favor. They are GOOD people. And if you can't donate, don't worry. You can still share this with others. Every penny and every share will help! I thank you soooo much in advance, and will share his progress updates here as I am able.
