I come to because I am asking for help not for me but my nephew, we grow up like siblings and he needs money lots of it.

He needs a back surgery because a dish in his spine has slipped out. He is a very hard worker but he can't anymore because of the pain, he can barely walk and can't stand. He is a father of three a big daughter and a set of twins a boy and a girl. He is to get married September 2023 and was trying to build a house for his family but all that has stopped..no work, no money.

The surgery is 6.6 million dollars he spoke to his employer and the insurance covers a portion thank God but he still needs 1.6 million dollars and we don't know what to do.
