Everest High School Tents
Donation protected
Each year, schools from Summit Public Schools (such as Everest, my high school) go on a school-wide camping trip. However, their tents are in disrepair, with many having wrong, broken, or missing poles, holes in the tents, and various other issues which costs the parent volunteers and the teachers on the trip time.
My name is Holden McCandless, and for my Eagle Scout Project, I plan to go through each tent the school already has and sort the working from the nonworking and from the nonworking tents, use pieces from tents to form working tents. Once that is done, I will buy new tents to replace broken tents.
I will use funds mainly to purchase the new tents, but also for various other necessary materials and supplies, such as repair kits to repair holes in tents. Any extra funds raised will go back to the school.
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
