Everest students, in the pre-pandemic world, had the opportunity to go on Study Trips each year to different Colleges and cities on the west coast. As a result of the pandemic, we did not have the opportunity to go on any of these study trips. Seniors went to the University of Southern Oregon, Juniors to USC, and Sophomores to Sacramento State. We plan to give seniors the experience of being responsible adults on an overnight college trip this year. After talking to my friends and other students in the senior class, we want to proactively plan and fundraise for this trip.

We propose a spring overnight trip to several LA colleges where we have the opportunity to experience USC, Cal Tech, and the Claremont Colleges, deepen our bonds as mentor groups and celebrate our hard work and success over our four years at Everest.
