Why Everest? Why Now?
Mount Everest is not just the highest mountain on Earth - It represents commitment, resilience, humility, and years of quiet preparation when nobody is watching.
For most of my life, I’ve been drawn to difficult environments — places and competitions that demand discipline, physical preparation, and respect. Everest is the ultimate expression of that calling.
It isn’t about ticking a box or chasing attention. It represents years of preparation, discipline, and the willingness to test yourself physically, mentally, and ethically in one of the harshest environments on Earth.
In 2026, I’m aiming to climb Mount Everest as part of a carefully planned, professionally guided expedition. This is not a last-minute decision or a reckless gamble. It’s the culmination of long-term training, experience in extreme environments, and a respect for the mountain and the people who work there.
Climbing Everest requires more than physical strength. It requires mental endurance, teamwork, and the humility to know when to keep going — and when to turn back.
Australians have a quiet respect for people who put their head down, do the work, and don’t make a song and dance about it.
That’s how I’ve approached this goal.

Why I’m Asking for Support
Climbing Everest safely and responsibly is expensive — there’s no way around that.
Costs include permits, logistics, training, oxygen systems, and fair wages for local Sherpa teams who make these expeditions possible.
I am personally funding a significant portion of this journey through my own savings, training commitments, and sacrifices, including selling my car.
But to do it responsibly and safely, I’m asking for support from my community.
This fundraiser isn’t about handouts. It’s about backing a serious, well-prepared Australian taking on a enormous challenge the right way.
This fundraiser is not about chasing ego or a headline. It’s about proving that long-term commitment still matters, that big goals can be pursued with integrity, and that preparation beats bravado.

What Your Support Truly Does
Your contribution directly supports:
• Ethical and safe expedition practices
• Fairly paid and experienced local Sherpa support
• Essential safety equipment and oxygen systems
• Years of preparation brought to a single defining climb
Every donation — whether large or small — becomes part of the climb. When I step onto the mountain, I carry every supporter with me.

For Professionals & Businesses
If you’re a business owner or professional considering supporting this journey, your backing represents more than a logo or a name on a page.
It aligns your brand with:
• Long-term commitment and discipline
• Risk managed through preparation, not bravado
• Resilience, leadership, and accountability
• Supporting ethical adventure and local communities
I’m committed to sharing the journey openly — training, setbacks, lessons, and outcomes — in a way that reflects well on those who choose to support it.

What I Promise in Return
I promise transparency, honesty, and genuine storytelling — not just a summit photo, but the reality of preparation, pressure, and perseverance.
Mountaineering has a way of stripping things back to what really matters: teamwork, humility, and resilience when things don’t go to plan. My aim is to bring those lessons home and share them with the people who helped make the journey possible.
