Hope for Jerry and his Family

Hello, my name is Leslie Borgia I'm a 47 year old Mother of 4 and Grandmother of 2 and this is Jerry my Husband 49 year old Father of 4 and Grandfather of 2 , For  the past 3 years jerry has been in and out of the hospital with congestional heart failure , On Oct 31 ,2014 he was hospitalized with pneumonia and died for a whole 10 mins. Thank God the Doctor didn't give up on him and brought him back to me but he was left in a coma for a week and was told he was now a diabetic  when he  came home walking and talking was hard  but over time he over came these problems now in and out of the hospital for heart and breathing  problems the Doctors are now telling us he has cancer in his neck a mass in the right lymph node measuring 1x0.5 cm in size 
in the right lower lobe 4.3x2.3 cm in size of his lung
they is a mass  on his large upper right paratracheal lymph node 3.3x3.0 and his smaller lyph nodes are noted though out measuring 6.8x 3.5  left side lymph node 2.1x1.3 cm 
left side of liver measuring 4x4 cm 
right side of liver mass measuring 1.7x1.6 cm
  these are Jerry's heart and diabetic  medications and cancer treatment has not started yet .with him going in and out of the hospital we have fallen behide on the house payments and other bills the house is going into foreclosure and we will be going out on the street because we have no money to move if you can help us we will pay the house and untilities bills ,his medicatons and maybe go do some real food shopping and have some money for any cancer treatment that medacare won't pay for
