Hi my name is Brionney. Everardo is my amazing husband. He has over come so much in life. He fell off a scissor lift 7 years ago and now has permanent brain damage which comes with so many other problems. It took him 5 years to learn how to drive again. He’s an amazing father and very talented man and hard worker. They said he never work again but he started DoorDashing a year ago. On Wednesday he we delivering an order they had not removed there ice or snow from there driver way or walk way. My husband fall. He ended up falling so bad he called 911. They took him to the ER which ended up in surgery the same day. The bone broke in 3 different places. He had a rod put in from the knee to his ankle. It will take 6-9 months before he can walk on it and 1-3 years before it’s healed all the way. He doesn’t have insurance. He needs home rehab 3 times a week or he will walk with a cane and a limp the rest of his life. We are trying to work with the hospital for the bill but the rehab say we need to start paying to have them come to the house because we don’t have insurance. He needs rehab to walk again. If he doesn’t have rehab he could have a hard time walking the rest of his life. We need to pay for a walker and handicap toilet and so much more. I have never asked for help like this before I didn’t even know where to start. We have 2 wonderful kids. We are a very close family we do everything together. I know the hospital bill is probably half million which I will work so hard to pay off. I’m just hoping you can help a little for the home rehab I wish they work with us but I understand.
