Anyone who ever had the pleasure of meeting Everardo Naranjo knows what an extremely special person he was.  A Colombian immigrant, Ever, as he was fondly known as, came to this country seeking the American dream.  Settling on Long Island with his wife and daughter wasn’t an easy transition and hard work soon became a necessary way of life for Ever.   Despite the intense hours that he worked juggling two jobs to support his family that he loved so dearly, Ever never allowed anything to alter the great spirit that he was known for.  Radiating love and compassion for anyone he encountered truly is what made Everado the most beloved individual at the facility where he worked for 25 years. His love of life, commitment to faith, family and friends and his deep work ethic captured everyone’s hearts and put a smile on the face of anyone he met.

A recent tragic accident at the industrial facility where he worked left Ever with extensive head trauma which he was unable to sustain.   He succumbed to his wounds only days after the accident.  As the main financial provider in the family, this daunting situation leaves his family helpless and without the means to handle the burdens that lie ahead.

This fund was set up by Maureen Early a coworker at the facility where Everado worked.  The monies will be directed to the families bank account in his daughter Karla's name.
