Event Running software for UK robot events

Hi, my name is David, and I represent the Antweight World Series committee.

The AWS has been running now for 25 years, and due to changes in the running of the competition, we wanted to increase the capacity and ease of running the competition for all volunteer hosts.

As such, our friend Mohit (part of our Sheffield university contingent) is developing a downloadable app that will be able to run full scale competitions for anyone in the scene that wants to use it, with a versatile set of functions to change how the comp is run, and, importantly, ran OFFLINE, so to avoid any random website crashes or poor connections spoiling our fun.

The app has been costed in development time and server maintenance at £150, for a tool we hope can be used by the entire robot combat community!

Whatever you can donate will be hugely appreciated, with any excess added to the server maintenance for the next events going forward.
