My name is Evelyn De Anda and I am a single mom of 5 being the sole provider of all 5 of my kids

I recently have been put in a tough situation that I need to resolve in court due to poorly acknowledging facts, statements and proof provided to a district attorney that is not giving me the time and opportunity to work on this matter in a just manner.

I am now forced to get my own attorney to fight this case so that I can continue to be present for my kids and provide for them.

I am saving money to get an attorney on my own to ensure I am given my correct rights and not taken advantage by the court system to get a file off their desk.

These funds will go directly to my attorney and support me in fighting unjust judgment.
