Pero en navidad del 2024, algo vino a cambiar el rumbo de nuestra vida, yo sufrí una embolia que paralizo completamente mi lado derecho, estuve en un centro de rehabilitación por casi un mes, donde pude empezar a caminar con ayuda de una andadera. Aproximadamente 6 meses después empece a acompañar a mi hija a realizar los servicios, aunque mi ayuda era limitada por mi discapacidad. Y pudimos seguir con nuestra vida a pesar de nuestras nuevas circunstancias. Hasta hace una semana, que precisamente salíamos de trabajar de una casa, cuando mi hija se desplomo frente a mis ojos y empezó a convulsionar en el patio frontal de una de mis clientes. Ella llamo al 911, llego la ayuda y fue trasladada de emergencia al hospital. Ahí permaneció durante varios días, se le realizaron TAC, Electroencefalograma, Resonancia magnetica, Rayos X, análisis de sangre. Porque a pesar de los medicamentos las convulsiones no cesaban. Fue ingresada a cuidados intensivos por dos días, porque la atención que ella necesitaba así lo requería. Actualmente esta por iniciar un tratamiento psiquiátrico para seguir buscando las causas de las convulsiones. Hoy día se encuentra en casa, pero sigue sin poder comer porque vomita lo que come, por tanto su debilidad continúa. Cualquier esfuerzo por pequeño que haga le causa un desmayo. Es por eso que solicito de su ayuda. No puedo trabajar sola, porque mi cuerpo no se ha recuperado del todo despues de mii embolia. Y mi hija no puede ni siquiera valerse por si misma.

Approximately six months later, I began accompanying my daughter to perform our cleaning jobs, although my ability to assist was limited due to my disability. Despite our new circumstances, we managed to carry on with our lives. That is, until just a week ago, when—precisely as we were leaving a client's home—my daughter collapsed right in front of my eyes and began having seizures in the front yard. My client called 911; help arrived promptly, and she was rushed to the hospital as an emergency case. She remained there for several days, undergoing a battery of tests including CT scans, EEGs, MRIs, X-rays, and blood work, as the seizures persisted despite the administration of medication. She was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit for two days, as the critical nature of her condition required that level of specialized care. She is currently preparing to begin psychiatric treatment as part of the ongoing effort to identify the underlying causes of her seizures. Today, she is back home, but she remains unable to eat anything; she vomits whatever food she attempts to consume, and consequently, her physical weakness persists. Even the slightest physical exertion causes her to faint. It is for this reason that I am reaching out to ask for your assistance. I am unable to work alone, as my body has not yet fully recovered from the effects of my own stroke; meanwhile, my daughter is currently unable to even care for herself.
