Evelyn's Funeral

My grandma Edith Evelyn Sloan took her last breath today August 15,2023 @ 4:09 pm. She was the heart of the family and will truly be missed. She had Dementia, Congenital Heart Failure and COPD. We almost lost her December 2022 and she was placed on hospice care with 3 months to live but she outlived it. Our family is heartbroken and devastated. Please share with friends and family and help get Evelyn home to your parents and siblings.
