Hola, mi nombre es Sindy y esta recaudación de fondos es para mi madre, quien falleció el 8 de junio debido al cáncer. Para aquellos que conocieron a mi madre Evelyn, ella era una mujer asombrosa, feliz y de buen corazón que era madre de tres y abuela de tres también. Sufría de un cáncer que comenzó hace más de un año y que la llevó a una cirugía en el hombro y incontables horas de quimioterapia. Con todo este conocimiento, luchó y ganó esa batalla contra el cáncer, pero desafortunadamente el mes pasado recibió la noticia de que había vuelto a tener cáncer pero de forma agresiva en el brazo y también llegó a los pulmones. Tomó la decisión de luchar una vez más contra el cancer y ser sobreviviente por segunda vez, pero las cosas cambiaron. Sus riñones comenzaron a fallar, sus intestinos comenzaron a morir y las cosas siguieron empeorando. Con todas estas noticias y el dolor cada vez más fuerte, aún mantenía una gran sonrisa en su rostro y tenía fe. Desde que nos transfirieron del hospital al hospicio, todos mantuvimos nuestra fe y nuestras oraciones en alto y deseamos lo mejor. Lamentablemente el 8 de junio recibimos la noticia que nadie quiere recibir nunca, mi madre había fallecido. Con todos los fondos de sus facturas médicas, fondos funerarios y otros gastos, todos estos fondos se han sumado. Cualquier cosa ayuda a mi familia y a mí en estos tiempos difíciles. También puedo dar mi número de zelle para cualquier persona que quiera ayudarnos. Dios los bendiga y gracias a todos los que han estado allí y continúan estando allí.

Hi my name is Sindy and this fundraiser is for my mom who has passed away on June 8th due to cancer. For those who know my mother Evelyn she was an amazing, outgoing, kindhearted woman who was a mother of three and a grandmother of three as well. She was suffering from cancer which started over a year ago which lead to surgery in her shoulder, countless hours of chemotherapy, physical therapy and for her to live the rest of her life without being able to move her arm again. Knowing all of this knowledge she fought and won that battle against cancer but unfortunately last month got the news that she had cancer back again but aggressively in her arm and made its way down to her lungs as well. She made the decision to fight once again against the odds to beat her cancer and be a survivor for the second time but things took a turn. Her kidneys started to fail, her intestines started to die and things just kept going downhill from there. With all of this news and the pain getting stronger and stronger she still kept a big smile on her face and had faith. From being transferred from the hospital to hospice we all kept our faith and prayers high and wished for the best. Unfortunately on June 8th at 3:00pm we got the news that nobody ever wants to receive, my mother had passed away. With all of the funds from her medical bills, funeral funds and other expenses all of these funds have added up. Anything helps my family and I through these hard times.
