In Loving Memory-Ms. Evelyn Hallman, an angel on earth and in heaven
As we grieve and mourn the passing of Ms. Evelyn Hallman, may we also remember and reflect on her unconditional kindness, love and devotion to family, generosity, calm and quiet nature, humility, steadfast and tenacious ability to endure, and all that made her a joy to be around. Evelyn's legacy embodies service, sacrifice, and giving in all aspects of work, family, community, and church. To know Evelyn is to know her faith in God and unique ability to inspire, mentor, encourage, and support anyone who crossed her path. Her career spans over 40 years of federal service of which a majority of this time was spent with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. During this time strong and long lasting bonds and friendships were formed to include those within industry. Although a quiet soul Evelyn loved being able to engage through conversations, laughs, and talks with peers, co-workers, countless FSOs, Security Staff, and others within industry. As we didn't have the chance to say goodbye, thank you, express our appreciation, honor her tireless efforts and fully share the difference and impact of knowing her may the sentiments in this opening message and those to come show loved ones that are left behind how special she was.
