In Loving Memory of Evelyn Virgen, and in support of Five Sons Left Behind

It is with great sadness that we share the loss of our beloved, Evelyn Virgen, and her partner, Ruben Chavez, as they were taken from this world in a tragic and senseless act of violence. Evelyn was a sweet, kind, and intelligent young woman who had so much to offer the world. She was a loving mother, sister, daughter, and niece. She loved her children more than anything in this world and did her best to care for and protect them, and always ensured they were loved. Ruben was a supportive, loving partner who cherished and adored Evelyn and her children. Even though they faced their own challenges, their children were their priority and Evelyn’s greatest pride. On January 19, 2026, they were abruptly taken from us. We will all miss them terribly, but more than anyone, she will be missed by her 5 beautiful sons.

We deeply mourn the loss of our full-of-life and joyful Evelyn and her partner, Ruben. There are no words that can fully express the pain of losing a mother, and as we come together to help console and provide for our nephews, we are asking for your help. Any funds raised will be used for crime related expenses and to temporarily provide necessities for our nephews to help them through their painful loss. We appreciate any and all support that you could provide our family in these devastating times.
