Hello friends, we are Karin Gosney and Prerna O'Hara-Strzelewicz, and we're creating this GoFundMe page on behalf of Eve Fazekas, a good friend to so many in our community.

Eve is in need of extensive dental care; she is in a tremendous amount of pain, and she needs our help. 

Eve works so hard, alongside her husband Steve, seven days a week, to care for and support their beautiful family, and make ends meet. This being said, there are no remaining funds for the multiple medical procedures and medications she needs.

As many of you in our community know, the damage to Eve's mouth and teeth was brought on by a health condition.  This condition has now left her without the ability to consume basic food groups, specifically, not being able to enjoy any raw fruits or vegetables at this time.

At this point, Eve only has eight teeth remaining, which are now disintegrating, and causing the pain. As her dental health continues to deteriorate, infections can become aggressively invasive. Infections of this nature have a significant risk of passing into the bloodstream and causing the body to become septic. As we all know, heart health is also very related to dental health; the condition of her mouth has already started affecting her vital organs. 

The recommended course of treatment now is multiple invasive oral surgeries, which will include medications and follow-up care. The cost remains outside of their financial ability.

And just as important as the ability to eat, there's that Eve smile, which we all miss seeing! Eve greets everyone with a smile (which she now hides), and a hug. Our big-hearted friend has lost her ability to smile, but not her love and joy for everyone in our community!

As she blesses everyone who enters her store, and her life, it's now our turn to bless her. Those who know Eve are aware that it is very difficult for her to ask for any help. Please consider helping Eve, who, with her big heart and selfless ways, is always raising up those around her. She makes everyone feel important, loved, and worthy. The world is a better place with her in it!
