Eve and Becca Lizotte

Genevieve Lizotte was found unresponsive on Monday, April 24th. Her mom, Becca, got a call that no mom wants. Police found her in her apartment non-responsive, with low oxygen and a fever of 106. Becca rushed from Moorhead, Becca's brother rushed to the hospital to meet the ambulance. The nightmare had begun. Eve had knee surgery on March 31st. We were so excited to get that done, not thinking this could ever happen. The knee was so infected that it went into the bloodstream. She had both strep and staph bacteria which is unheard of. Becca was told Eve might not make it.
After 3 surgeries to clean out Eve's leg and lots of up and downs, Eve just moved out of ICU to the cardiac department. The infection is getting a lot better. The doctors are still trying to figure out a couple of lab numbers and her heart is running a marathon. Please please send well wishes!

Eve's mom, Becca, is not able to work while spending each day in Minneapolis to be by Eve's bedside. Becca is a small business owner helping folks like me stay healthy and strong through personal training. Please consider donating to help this family of strong women.
