Help a disabled trans woman pay off medical debt

I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at the age of 18. I was immediately placed on Remicade, an IV-Infusion drug that is typically seen as the best option when it comes to treating Crohn's Disease. About two years ago I started having symptoms again, and I ended up having to go to the ER and hospital almost 10 times collectively over the past two years. Being young and not fully educated on medical debt, I decided to pay for my medical bills using my credit cards, and only later found out that was probably the worst decision I could have possibly made.
I'm now unable to work due to a number of factors: Pain from my Crohn's Disease, My collective mental illnesses (BPD, Psychotic Depression, Chronic Anxiety, OCD), and due to Covid-19, I'm immuno-suppressed so even going out of the house is dangerous. Because of my inability to work, my debt is becoming a major source of stress in my life and is greatly impacting (most of) the above ailments. Crohn's reacts to stress, so the more stressed I am, the more pain I'm in. The more pain i'm in, the less able I am to necessary things such as cooking for myself, doing laundry, working, etc.
I currently have a total of $9,641.16
My first card, with Bank of America, is now locked. I had it maxed at $8,000 USD before I opened my second account, with Discover. I then maxed my Discover card at $3,000 USD, and opened a Mastercard. I then nearly maxed my Mastercard, all just trying to pay for my medical expenses. At this point I don't know where else to turn. I can't even afford therapy anymore, so this is me begging for help. Thank you for reading all of this.
