Kate's recovery

While walking around at RIMS, Kate experiences some numbness and tingling in her leg.  Within a matter of days, she was paralyzed.  She has inflammation in her spinal column which the doctors believe is caused by an auto immune reaction.  They are trying to get the inflammation under control and then they will have to determine what damage it has done to her spine.  At present Kate is in a wheelchair still paralyzed from teh chest down.  She needs a motor to attach to the wheelchair to make it easier to get around on carpeted surfaces.  She will also need to redo some of her cabinets to make things more accessible for her.  She also needs to rent wheelchair accessible transportation to get to doctors appointments and therapy.
