Hi my name is Niki and I am supporting Saqr and his family in G a z a.

I first got in contact with Saqr at the end of May 2024. He reached out asking for help, any small donation to feed his family who are trapped in a death zone. He was desperate. I started sharing his story and daily updates on my instagram, where my friends and followers were watching his journey. We started reaching out and collecting donations, hosting bake sales and so on to support him. But it isn't enough, we need a large amount in order to evacuate his family to Egypt once the crossing is open.

About his family:

5 kids and 2 parents. Saqr is the eldest (21), followed by his brother Alaa (19), sister Hala (17), brother Saad (14) and sister Sham (11). Hala (17) is allergic to wheat and unable to eat bread or anything, except for rice. She lives off rice and does not receive the nutrition she needs. This resulted in her being sick and malnourished, also developing Hepatitis. Some days she would eat one-three dates in a day, which were given to her by her uncle.

This is no way to live. This is a real life hell. They need all your support. They were displaced in a tent for 10 months in Deir Al Balah and then gathered enough funds to rent a not so great condition apartment in Nuseyrat. Yesterday they received news to once again evacuate. The life they just began somewhat rebuilding is now for nothing. Once again they need to leave.

They need your help. Support them and change the lives of 7 people. They deserve a restart, another chance to rebuild everything that was stolen for them. Their dignity, their land, their home, safety, comfort and peace. They need you.
