War is unfair. No-one more than children are facing such ugly facade of reality. Reem Mostafa Ahmed alswarka came to the life as down baby( down syndrome) born with heart deficient condition. She was undergoing a continuous, necessary healthcare routine during the past days before the collapse of the medical system. Oxygen supply for her condition is about to finish. Medicine which she needs is not found, food is not easy to get at all. No medical centre in Gaza is over it's fundaments. Riem and her siblings and the whole family are surviving fatal conditions that might lead to her passing away( god forbid). Helping Riem and her siblings to get evacuated from the hell of the war is considered as a second life for her. Helping is synonym of Life to Riem.

My name is Mahmood Gomaa alswarka, living in Germany currently and originally from Egypt, and I am the cousin of the Reem's father Mostafa Ahmed Alswrka.

The money will be used to evacute the family from rafah land boarder ( which costs 5000 euro to each member of the family, which are:
