My name is Dina, a Lebanese Canadian from Ottawa, and I'm fundraising for my friend's cousin who is a single mom in Gaza.
Enas Alghoul and her daughter Rahaf Shammout are tired of the suffering they've been going through since October 7th.
Before the genocide started, Enas ran a sustainable business where she worked with 5 women on reusing leftover fabric from factories to make children's clothing, purses, accessories and cat cots.
Like all other citizens of Gaza, Enas and Rahaf deserve to live a decent life ❤️. She wants to cross the Rafah border to Egypt, but can only so with you help.
If you had a chance to try and save 2 lives in Gaza, would you?
Any amount is highly appreciated and no contribution is too small ❤️
Here's a message from Enas on her most recent updates:
I am the engineer Enas Al-Ghoul from the Gaza Strip. I work on improving the quality of the environment, recycling waste, and desalination of seawater in the Gaza Strip. I recently designed a seawater desalination device that works on solar energy and installed this device in the displacement areas and camps in Khan Yunis. This device was greatly appreciated by users due to its high quality in desalinating seawater. This device was of great importance in bridging the shortage of drinking and cooking water, noting that most of the water sources in the Gaza Strip were destroyed by the war and are unfit for use. Kindly cooperate with me and donate to this fundraiser so I can distribute this device to the afflicted areas and those whose homes were destroyed in the Gaza Strip.
