Every day, countless stray dogs in Pakistan suffer from hunger, injury, and disease, with nowhere to turn for help. And in the remote region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, inhabited by over 35 million people, LAPS (Lucky Animal Protection Shelter) is the ONLY dog shelter. For so many animals, this sanctuary is the only hope—but right now, they are struggling to afford even basic supplies like food and kennels. And when a dog falls critically ill, the nearest vet is over an hour away.

To truly save lives, LAPS urgently needs an X-Ray machine and Blood Analyser—tools that would allow their dedicated team to diagnose and treat animals quickly, sparing them unnecessary pain and suffering.

That’s why I’m pushing my limits: running a grueling 300-mile ultra-marathon in the Arctic Circle, in the dead of winter. Extreme cold, exhaustion, and isolation—nothing compared to the daily struggles of these helpless animals. But I can’t do this alone.

We need $15,000 to give these dogs a fighting chance. We expect the Blood Analyser to cost $4,000 and the X-Ray machine around $8,000. We would like to raise an extra $3,000 on top of this to dedicate to re-furbishing the shelter clinic facility, staff training and basic necessities for the dogs. No donation is too small—every dollar brings us closer to saving a life.
