Eva needs a new engine!

Hi, my name is Eva and I'm reaching out for help.

I bought a new (used) Subaru three months ago... and just a few days ago, it completely died. There were no indication lights, there was no warning, I just found myself on the side of the highway & had to get a tow. Turns out the engine is damaged beyond repair. My mechanics are working hard to find the most reasonable engine, and it will cost up to 6 grand to have my car up and running.

Which honestly, completely blows my mind; I saved and saved and saved and bought the WHOLE Subaru for 7,000!

I'm in a situation where I work hard, I have three jobs and I live simply, yet I'm broke. Not to mention... student loan repayment is looming, and honestly, I'm deep in the red. I will also be leaving soon for a studio management internship in PA where my income will be livable, but limited (so I won't even be able to grind and save for a whole two and a half months like I would like to) (& YES this happened four days before I was to leave for this opportunity!)

I don't usually feel comfortable asking for help like this, but I'm feeling so overwhelmed and out of sorts because of this mechanics bill... so I've just got to try. If you can help me out in any amount, I would be so incredibly grateful.
