I put forward the donation request for Mir Mahmood Ali Khan. He is my uncle who is a resident of Hyderabad- India. He is 80 years old. He is suffering from heart disease, kidney malfunction, and gangrene and the doctors have suggested immediate medical treatment otherwise he will lose his life.
He used to live with his son who has died recently due to heart failure leaving his old father, wife and 2 children aged 5 and 6.
My uncle is a very hardworking and pure-hearted person but due to the untimely death of his son his health deteriorated.
Since there are no earning members in his home, he is facing severe financial problems and health problems and he needs immediate financial help.
I therefore humbly request you to contribute or donate as much as you can for this needy person who has to undergo diagnostic tests such as ECG, CBP, angio CT scan, creatinine test, LFT, etc and to buy necessary daily medicines and have proper treatment of the initial treatment of "gangrene" if not done immediately his leg has to be amputated.
The total estimated amount for his treatment is 2 lakh rupees which is around 3,000 US dollars. The funds collected from you will be transferred to him to enable his treatment which is presently stopped due to insufficient funds.
The collected amount will be used for his medication, surgery, and wellness to give him a better healthy life. This will allow him to spend time with his grandchildren and loved ones.
