We found this ematiated, very sweet, senior dog last night on the streets and she is literally on death's door. She is at the vet now and obviously not in good shape. We don't yet know what she will need but please consider helping for her care. We are calling her Jingles because she had a thin wire around her neck with bells on it that was some kind of crude collar.
