European youth Olympics games preparation
Donation protected
Hey, right now I’m training to reach the European youth Olympic Games in Azerbaijan in July. I am a hammer thrower and need 67m to reach Azerbaijan, I have until the 23rd of June to reach this standard. I currently throw 65m and with the right path I know it is possible to throw 70m+.Training is tough and taxing on the body. I train 6 days a week 3 of those are 2 sessions a day.
I am still in school so can’t work and training takes up all of my free time. My sport doesn’t attract much attention nor money. Equipment is expensive and I scrap every last Penney I can to help me be better in the weight room and I’m the circle.
Physiotherapy, hammers, gym membership, use of facility’s all comes into play. I receive no support from my federation which is why I have turned to go fund me.
i hope people can see my potential as an athlete and can invest in me as my own federation won’t.
The majority of money being raised will be used to train with one of the top coaches in the world in Leiria, Portugal. With his expertise and knowledge I truthfully believe I am capable of breaking the Irish record.
I thank you you for taking time to read about this and hope you an help on my journey to being a medalist at the EYOF.
