Introduction:

Hello, wonderful friends, family, and fellow archery enthusiasts! My name is Wilco, and I've been given the incredible honour of representing Great Britain at the prestigious European Indoor Archery Championships in Croatia. As a dedicated barebow archer, this is a dream come true for me.

About Me:

I am not just a full-time worker but also a proud father of five amazing kids. Balancing work, family, and my passion for archery has been both challenging and rewarding. Archery is not just a sport for me; it's a way of life, a discipline that has taught me focus, determination, and the importance of setting and achieving goals.

The Opportunity:

Being selected to compete at the European Indoor Championships is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I couldn't be more excited about. It's a chance to showcase my skills on an international stage and to make Great Britain proud. However, to make this dream a reality, I need your support.

Why I Need Your Help:

The costs associated with participating in such a prestigious event are substantial. From flights and accommodation to entry fees, the financial burden is significant. As a full-time worker and father of five, juggling these expenses is proving to be quite challenging.

How You Can Help:

I've set up this GoFundMe campaign to humbly ask for your support. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will go directly towards covering the costs of my journey to Croatia. Every pound brings me one step closer to representing Great Britain with pride and passion.

What Your Support Means to Me:

Your support is not just a financial contribution; it's a vote of confidence, an affirmation of belief in dreams and the pursuit of excellence. Knowing that my community stands behind me is the fuel that will drive me to give my absolute best on the archery range.

Thank You:

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who takes the time to read my story and consider supporting my journey. Your generosity will not only help me fulfill a lifelong dream but will also inspire my children and others to pursue their passions relentlessly.

Follow My Journey:

I'll be sharing updates on my preparation and progress leading up to the European Indoor Championships on Instagram (wilco_7ftarcher) and Facebook. Join me on this exciting adventure, and let's make Great Britain proud together!

Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey.

With gratitude,

Wilco van Kleef-Bolton
