Supporting Two Sligo Rowers on the International Stage ‍

We are incredibly proud to announce that Thomas Sheridan and Adam Foley have both been selected to represent Ireland at prestigious international rowing competitions this year.

Thomas Sheridan has been selected for the European Rowing Championships in Spain, on the 16th and 17th of September competing in the Senior Mixed 2x.

Adam Foley has been selected for the Coupe de la Jeunesse in Portugal, on the 1st 2nd and 3rd of October competing in the Junior Mixed 2x.

This is a fantastic achievement for both young athletes and a testament to their hard work, dedication and commitment to rowing.

Sligo Rowing Club as with previous athletes wish to help with the fees associated with representing both club and country

They will proudly represent Ireland and Sligo on the international stage, and we would love the local community, friends, family and supporters of rowing to get behind them and help them on their journey.
