Coach Aaron Westbrooks created Euro Star Basketball Camp in 2014 to be program where young athletes could develop their skills on and off the court. As a former professional basketball player and Behavior Health Specialist going on 10 years at Children’s Hospital of Colorado, Aaron has realized the benefits of programs like Euro Star in helping kids become well-rounded individuals and deal with pressures they face on a daily basis. With over 15 years of coaching experience, Aaron is dedicated to making changes in kids’ lives through the sport of basketball.
Aaron has 4 key goals for his program:
1. Life experience
2. Creating a positive environment for competition
3. Creating a team bond
4. Gifting lifelong memories
The Euro Star kids have an amazing opportunity to travel to the Adidas President’s Day Tournament in February, 2019 in Portland, Oregon. The kids are asking for help from the community to attend this tournament where they will experience every goal that Aaron has set out to give them through his program.
Holiday giving is in the air, and what a better gift to give than lifelong memories for kids in our own community!
