Becoming A Living Donor

Hello!

We are raising funds on behalf of our daughter, Jacci! Nearly one year ago, one of her friends shared a post about her relative that needed a kidney transplant. At that time, Jacci knew she did not have a ton of money to support the cause, but she thought, "I may have an extra Kidney to give," and sure enough, after months of tests, appointments and waiting, she was confirmed to be a match.

We are now sending Jacci to California for final labs to be absolutely sure that she is compatible with the child who needs a Kidney. She will be leaving her husband and six children behind in Colorado to travel across the county in a few weeks. The transplant surgery will be scheduled after that. She works very hard to provide for her family and is a large part of our small town of Hayden, CO.

Jacci will be pausing her work, community involvement in Church, 4-H and more. We are working together to be sure she is taken care of so that she is able to focus on this transplant and heal properly.

Please consider helping our daughter to cover expenses such as medical, travel and more that will be accrued from becoming a living donor. Your help will allow our daughter and her family to focus on this process and not be stressed with additional burdens.
