Julie's Memorial Plaque and Service

We lost Julie Cadence Evans on September 18th, 2014.
She weighed 10 pounds 6 ounces and was 23.6 inches long.
We are raising money to pay for a memorial plaque that is displayed forever on the main floor at BC Women's Hospital. Most of the money we raise will be donated to the hospital.
Any incidentals will also be covered for her Service on October 3rd.
