My mother is very tough, but even the toughest people in our lives still need help sometimes. She is on a difficult cancer journey with many weeks of radiation treatment far away from home ahead. She will have significant unexpected expenses for food, travel, lodging, first aid supplies, and basic human comforts that I know many would like to help cover. She is not one to accept charity readily, so my hope is to contribute and raise funds anonymously for her. Any funds in excess of her expenses will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of my father.
