A fire broke out in the kitchen at the Eugene Mission the morning of June 16th.  By the grace of God, no one was injured. All emergency systems worked as expected.  The cause of the fire has not been determined.

The Eugene Mission serves more than 750 meals a day and sleeps more than 400 people each night.  Our kitchen/dining room is currently completely inoperable. We are raising money to pay for kitchen restoration expenses not covered by insurance, emergency operational expenses, and to buy ready-to-eat food.
