If you’re a regular at the Warehouse, you are familiar with the interesting, innovative, just plain great food that comes from their kitchen.
Though you seldom see him, Josh Morley is the man who makes it happen. Menu planning, picking the best available ingredients (if you missed the flounder specials you’re going regret it for the rest of your lives.
I’ve been a regular at The Warehouse since it opened - and even before when under a different name operated in Windmill Market. Josh was there too and has been working in restaurants since he was 14, all over the aldrin county Gulf Coast and Eastern Shore. He has given us memorable meals and dining experiences.
Josh has been hospitalized twice in the last month or so due to a neurological problem that causes blackouts, extreme weakness, and momentary confusion. This is serious: in the first episode he lost control of his car and plowed at high speed into a detention pond on 104. For general safety he is no longer allowed to drive. He is dependent on others to get to and from work and to doctors’ appointment.
Rufus Ducote of Ducote Customs, has established a GO FUND ME SITE to help Josh and his son Eli during this continuing crisis.
I ask that you visit the site and contribute, or contact Rufus or me if you can volunteer to help out with daily tasks and access to doctors.
I am confident that you will keep Josh and Eli in your thoughts and in your prayers
My thanks for your stopping to read this message.
