Help Michelle Beat Leukemia
Don protégé
A dear friend, close colleague, mother, sister, aunt and so much more to so many people.
Michelle was diagnosed with B-cell leukemia in January 2024 after suffering a stroke in the Fall 2022. The treatment requires that Michelle under go chemotherapy and will receive a bone marrow transplant as soon as it becomes available in 2024. Michelle and her family have been residents of Billerica for over 20 years and she worked at the Parker Elementary school for over 5 years. It’s also important to note here that Michelle is the only source of income for her family as her husband tragically passed in a motorcycle accident in June 2013 and she is currently unable to work while receiving treatment.
Michelle is strong, a fighter, and we know with time she will get to the other side of this. The road is long and she needs our help. During this journey, many of her friends and family have stepped in to help, but we need more help. If you can, please do. Together, we can help Michelle and her family in this very difficult time with her medical needs, groceries, and household bills. On behalf of her family, they want to thank everyone for the love, kindness, good wishes and support.
It's hard to determine a financial goal for this and it goes without saying everything raised will go towards Michelle’s treatment and living costs. Anything you can donate would be amazing. If you’re unable to help at this time, please share with your friends and family in hopes to reach a broader audience. We greatly appreciate any help from you, your friends, your family, or anyone else in getting the financial support to help to Michelle.
Please share!
