Justice for Penelope

Penelope was a sweet innocent cat who was very loved by her owner. The owner’s now ex-boyfriend beat Penelope so brutally that she lost an eye and had to be euthanized due to the extent of her injuries. The abuser was arrested and will be charged with a class A misdemeanor. Penelope deserves more than this. This sick individual should receive a felony charge. This fundraiser is for legal and other expenses for the owner of Penelope.
